1. the property shows ac as facility but we had taken 2 rooms both rooms had faulty ac 2. ⁠they don’t provide towels to the rooms

Given the rate of rs ~900 for non ac room, it was just ok. Problems: no hot water, no restaurant (i had to go 1. 2 km even for breakfast, no room cleaning, hygiene is not so good, lizards, cockroaches, spiders are seen moving around.

Sorry for this inconvenience sir, hot water available in all rooms . We having separate heater in all bathrooms. Upon the customer demand we will clean the room and change the bed spread daily.

Regarding sri vigneswara residency

Clean, decency and room good for family stay but limited hot water. Management is good hospitality but food hotels are near to temple

Excellent Stay

Hotel is neat & clean, manager, staffs very cooperative, although room service is not there but on request they have provided me two times paid tes, paid water bottle.
