Good Service and Good Responses Attended very well guided very well in new location

Rooms are clear and spacious Staff are very much supportive near the temple

there is no qualified staff like manager or bellboy. No generator is available at the time of power cut. No staff is available in the office and does not have their contact number.

We stayed here for a night and booked 2 rooms as a big family. One of the rooms was little dirty than other but overall it was manageable. They did not provide bottled water (they had can of water at their reception though). Washrooms were okayish, they had 24 hrs hot water. Overall it was good. It was value for money.

Close to temple just about half kilometer. Water droplets are leaking from sink to bedroom. Rectified later by the time of checkout. They are not that supportive on checkout timings. It's 12pm to 12pm. I have checked in at around 10 pm at night. After 12pm in the next afternoon, they charged me almost full amount even if it is for 4-5 hours extension.

The room is neat however we are getting very bad smell and even the bed is smells bad and we couldn't sleep well

Worst experience, they didn’t even flush out wash room, they gave a washroom with feaces in it, dirtiest experience of my life

Staff is not professional and ethical. Ex there is drinking water bottle included in my booking but he refused to give it to me as he did not understood the details of booking.

If you are coming from nagarsol train, it will reach 11pm night, if you book hotel team ask to checkout at 12 pm. If you book hotel directly by call them or direct check in mode then they will allow you to stay 24 hrs. For example you have reached today 11pm then you will go for darshan tomorrow morning and you will have train at 7pm, then that time hotel staff will ask extra money for 12 pm to 6pm stay.

Not like a 5star hotel. Extremely basic, but very clean (including washrooms. Absolutely no complaints about the cleanliness. Great value for money.

Okay for 1 day stay. Room is okay. Had problem with hot water. But some how solved by their staff.
