Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Front desk executive was not aware of the booking. Took me half an hour to get my room sorted after speaking to multiple people. Didn't get a chance to have food. Restaurant services starts post 07:30am.

The kitchens are only from 8am till 10pm nothing beyond not even snacks or tea/coffee so be prepared

Excellent resort. Rooms are good and specious and clean. Restaurant is very nice and food quality is good. Rates are very reasonable for this quality resort. Very convenient for people boarding Ro Ro ferry.

The room was not dust free. There were dust here and there. Moreover, the flush wasn't working properly, and the boating lake was dirty, not clean at all.

Boating sweeming pool not available. No game zone available. No am y sport available just room and food means u r in hotel not resort

Despite booking the location 15 days in advance, we did not get enough facilities in the room. There were no doormats outside bathrooms, no shampoo. We had to ask for everything. No pro-active service. There were no covid safety measures observed. No temperature check, no sanitisation.
