they do not have basuc setup in restaurant. they use handwritten menu & asked us to choose for food items. dining tables were not having paper napkins. during our atay at arond 10.30 one peraon suddenly entered our room & switched off lights while askinh him he said this is forest area so we shut lights off. this is major security concern - some starnger entering room without knocking or ringing doorbell & start arguing is not at all acceprable. staff is untrained & keeps saying taht we are new so we are learning. for every extra item order the attendent starts quoting price for it lime salad or curd. overall very poor experiance

We booked property for 3 & at time of booking property had given a disclaimer that its bed will accommodate all the guests and hence it wont provide extra bed. Now in reality situation was different. Bed was not sufficient to accommodate and property denied for extra bed. They just agreed for extra bedding on the floor which is not acceptable after paying huge! Plus food was not proper in quality & in taste. Again a disclaimer by property of “Complementary HiTea” it was nothing but just Tea coockies were smelly & pakodas seem to have made just out of collie flower Trash! Property management also created issues in dinner for having ala-carte menu and us to take their overpriced buffet dinner.

Location is very close to main road. Easily reachable by own vehicle. However the place is remote and nothing is available for 7 km around. Property is clean and tidy. Swimming pool was clean. Rooms were spacious. AC, remote, taps, door locks etc were all properly working. Staff was very polite and co operative. Food was excellent in taste. Limited items were available. Staff was also scarce. Ordering in advance is recommended if guests arefew. Otherwise go for buffet

Location 5stars amongst grasslands. No shops for 6 to 7 km around Staff behaviour 5 stars Services 5 stars Food Quality 5 stars. Limited options Swimming pool was excellent. Very clean. Room was spacious. AC taps door locks etc were properly working. Disadvantages... Nothing is available around. You are completely dependent on the resort for everything.

*3/5 stars* i recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room itself was amazing - spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. However, there were a few issues that prevented me from giving a higher rating. Firstly, the floor in our room was not clean. There were visible stains and dirt, which was disappointing considering the overall quality of the room. Secondly, the food at the hotel was extremely expensive. While the food was decent, it didn't justify the high cost. Lastly, we had a strange experience with the staff. One of the staff members asked us to turn off one of the lights. We found this to be intrusive and unsettling. Overall, while the room was impressive, the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness, food pricing, and staff etiquette. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to be truly excellent.

familyTerrifying Experience – Not Recommended for Late Arrivals We booked Black Buck Trails on January 11, 2025, at 11:00 PM and arrived in Narbad at 1:30 AM on January 12, 2025. Unfortunately, Google Maps showed no proper road leading to the hotel—just a dotted path—making navigation impossible. Since the hotel is deep in the jungle, the surroundings were pitch dark, and we were shocked to see blackbucks roaming dangerously close to our car. We repeatedly tried to contact the hotel for assistance, but there was no response and no help provided. Feeling stranded and unsafe, we even sought help from nearby hotels like Blackbuck Lodge, but their security guards were asleep. Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to leave the area for our own safety. Advice to fellow travelers: Do not book this resort, especially if you're arriving at night. There is no proper connectivity, no support from the management, and the location poses serious safety risks. You could find yourself in a very dangerous situation with no help available.

There will be no lights no road..we contact with the property they cant receive the call no guard at the property..property is totally closed no guest at the hotel.. Resort is btw the jungle so lots of deer n animals are there..very terrible situation we faced with my family..After 2 hours we wait full nyt after that we travelled full night n reached Ahmedabad finally..Staff is very rude plz never booked this hotel it’s totally black listed..Don’t face such type of problems...very worst rude n terrible experience I faced ... so plz I request to take legal action against this hotel

Excellent rooms. Location is excellent (1 km from the safari gate). Amenities -room phones were not working, wifi doesn’t reach inside the room, food was bad and not much food options available. Don’t recommend eating here. Professional chef and restaurant staff is required. Property seemed to be new and in process of transition to a fully functional hotel despite running for a year.
