1. Welcome kit (with soap, brush, toothpaste and shampoo to be provided) is usually provided during any stay. This was missing
2. No bath towels or hand towel provided (expect this as we usually don't carry this stuff expecting it will be there)
3. Had to depend on coffee on the land owner (would be good if provision of milk powder with tea and coffee, preferable coffee kettle was available)
4. Food was a major concern as the private cook was not very reliable regarding timings, menu and professionalism. 5. Zomato was not available, but swiggy worked out well and we were comfortable once we started ordering on swiggy. In-spite of all these, the stay was very warm as the land owner and her mother in law were very helpful in many other ways. They cooked hot food immediately as children were hungry, when we arrived (when cook did not turn up, gave all information needed for darshan, transport, commute and helped us like a family all the time, which cannot be expected from professional hotels. The view of arunachala mountain from the sett u house was fantastic (did not feel like leaving the place, but had to leave) best
