Review Of Sapthagiri Lodge

Review is not good. The hotel is charging for one more day extra because we are not checking out at 11 am, we are checking out in the evening but no problem with that as we have paid the money for one more day. But my point is that they are not charging any money from the rest of the boarders who have booked offline. Many of them are checking out in the evening or at night but no charges for today. Only we are being charged today. Raise a complaint

Terrible experience. 1. Frequent power failure. 2. 2 toilet was in very poor condition 3. Doesn't have power point sockets. 4. Bed spreads was not freshly laid. 5. Drinking water was not provided. Etc, etc.

The location of the hotel is good. Hospitality is good. Cleanliness inside the room is to be improved.

Room cleaning was very poor. Washroom's floors and tiles were dirty. Ac was there but remote was not working. Ceiling fan switch was also not working properly. Geyser was not there, you had to request for hot water bucket. Only thing which was good was manager behavior.

Room cleaniss not sufficient especially washroom. we book non a/c, fan not working but given alternative room. Cot and bed spread not good enough and cleaniss. however they supply hot water on demand since no heater installed in washroom. Postive Tasty food available in second floor. Supply Hot water without additional cost. Check proof doc's at the time of entry.

the reception guy was helpful but the hotel was not good at all. The room was not cleaned, the washroom was not proper. But the hotel owner said that they are reconstructing the hotel. Maybe in the near future the experience would be better but at present the experience is just pathetic.

No toilet 🔐. No bed for third person as room was booked for three 3️⃣ persons

we had booked a room for a stay on 24/06/22 at sapthagiri lodge and found discrepancies which made us very uncomfortable during our stay. We checked out the hotel very early at 6:30 am on 25/06/22 due to unhygienic conditions. We checked the hotel at 11:30 pm. The manager didn't asked for any proofs. He gave us a room 209 ,which was very unhygienic and untidy. So we requested to change the room. He changed it to 212. The room was of the same category. We thought, in midnight where will we go. Bathroom was in very bad shape. Bed, towels was really smelly. Very horrible. Floors were oily, corridors was full of mess.

Room service is good food is all-so good.

All the facilities and services of the hotel are very average. The staff behavior is also moderate. They don't have food available in the hotel thus we took the food from outside.

It is a very budget-friendly hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was also helpful. They bring the food from outside which tastes good. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.
