place is good, hygiene is fine, spacious rooms , staff is polite and humble,

Location is fine, staff was very helpful. Room had cigarette smell, hot water geyser was not working. Flush was not as effective. I booked my stay after reviewing other feedback but was disappointed from overall experience.

Stay was great; staff were well behaved and cooperative. The room was clean and spacious with a generator back up. Check in and check out are flexible. But the bathroom could be better. The room freshener was not used. The location is a little bit far from the station. Zomato, Swiggy, Rapido, Uber services are not available. At last it can be said that the hotel is good but the price is a little bit high.

Hotel rooms are spacious beds are comfortable. It's just in the city and it has a car park at the basement

It was not worth for money. We had booked 2 rooms. One room's ac didn't not work effectively. In the other room the bathroom door was not getting closed and the basin tap was leaking. The bedsheets and the room were not properly cleaned. There was no towel or toiletries provided. The bell boy rejected to carry our luggage and asked us to pay him first. He was very impolite. The only reason i gave one additional star is for the staff at reception. He was very kind and helping. If any customer is reading this, please do search for other lodges.

No veg hotels nearby, it was very difficult for us to get a dinner as this hotel is in center of markapur. Bathroom fittings could have been more cleaner. We stayed for a night so it was a ok ok type since ac and parking was there.

We stayed here for a day after returning from srisailam darshan. Hotel is close to markapur town centre. Nice hotel with all basic facilities and spacious room. Good service as reception folks were very helpful and available 24x7 for anything you need. Recommended for family stay.

If you want to visit srisailam. And if you want a halt in markapur then this is one place where you could stay in. Excellent behaviour from staffs. Even in late midnight after 2 am they welcomed us with patience and nice hospitality.

Shiva nayak is a good staff. Every thing in hotel is fine.
