Cheated by you. The property and amenities shown and food quality both were worst. Never expected such type of cheat from you. We feel cheated. The property was worst with no facilities. Food was horrible. We never expected such type of bad experience there.

Rooms were not clean, and no hot water, poor management.

Too hot inside tents during daytime and no ac. Hot water written but not provided when requested for. Bed made of thermocol too hard. No toileteries. One towel for two. Plumbing job not proper. Food was the only thing good.

Staying on road side is far better than this. No food, water

We had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay in Prayagraj. We booked a tent and were shocked to find that we were charged three times the original price, which was completely unjustified given the condition of the accommodation. The tents were unkept, dirty, and filled with insects. There was no ventilation, making the tent unbearably hot during the day and freezing at night. The bed sheets were filthy, and even after requesting a change, the staff provided equally dirty replacements. The bathroom was practically unusable, with a constant puddle in the middle, attracting more insects and mosquitoes. The overall hygiene and maintenance were horrible, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. For the exorbitant price we paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Mobile numbers provided not responded, sector is missing in address and have great difficulty in finding property, manager initially refused the knowledge of booking despite double tariff paid. No facility in room, no chair, kettle (nor any arrangement for hot drinking water in peak winter, etc.
