Review Of Samrat Hotel & Resort

I paid almost same amount as 4 star hotel for one night stay but hotel was very poorly maintain. Rats are everywhere on property. food quality is very bad

We dint find any sanitizer around us. Rooms were ok with no heater, no wifi and no temperature check. Very remote location

Bang on the highway. Basic amenities available. Staff is good but limited so waiting time sometimes if lot many people visit on a single time. Parking available. Food is good and served fresh but takes time. Very good views of the River from balconies. Good enough for a night halt on the way further.

For the price that I booked the place it proved a non starter. It is a very basic Hotel on a highway, neither here nor there. They have very little Idea of a Hotel. Staff is good but it was a complete disappointment

Broke journey midway from Auli to Dehradun.

Room lock was not working. It should be replaced. I did not complaint about it.

Nice Hotel service, cleaning services and best location.

Nice location with river view from the balcony and peaceful. On the way to Badrinath.

Room services need improvement and plugs should be near to bed. For heater it should be separate, working table should be placed.

Overall very bad the hotel authorities were rude. Room was good but not value for money. Food was costly, totality I would rate 2 out of 5. Food quality was bad but service was good restaurant was open till 10 pm.
