nice property with a beautiful front lawn and even a shamiana. pool was not very big but clean and perfect for a dip. interiors are ok, bathrooms need to be spruced up a bit... no shelves to keep toiletries or even shampoo etc in the shower area; wet and dry areas are not demarcated and no exhaust so gets a little stuffy. staff was helpful and pleasant but they leave by 9.30 pm so u have to warm your meals on your own. no board games available but they offer badminton rackets and cricket gear. location is good, close to mandwa jetty and kihim beach. all in all a good experience for a large group. would do well to pay attention to details.

I didn't even went to the property, the way they talks for every word you asked they asked for money. My whole life i stayed in all over the world in 5 star. You asked one hour late check out they happily allow, asked for plate they said charges each and every word only charges. I wasted my money instead of going their

Positives good and spacious setup nice food and service negative shabby looks wornout furniture air conditioning issues bathrooms are not maintained disfunctional bathroom accessories bad/worst toiletries garden wasn’t in a usable condition no basic equipment available for a holiday villa the furniture looks very cheap and untidy, drawers were stuck and dirty
