Homestay truly, not good
familyIf you are looking at a peaceful getaway, where you don't have to worry about how to run your house functionally. Look the other side. Not reunion krshna. The house looks stunning. Thats it! we were welcomed by series of repairs and functional problem, ac was leaking, ac remote wasn't working, no water in bathroom. Apparently, you have to raise these concerns for a normal stay here. Things will be repaired but you will have to wait for it. And after all repairs were done, we were tired from our outing, we needed a nap but we found that there were bugs in the bedroom at night. When highlighted, we were told it's never an issue and it's the rains that caused it. Hence until l we highlighted, the team didn't bother to look the cleanliness of the property. Gardens were ill-maintained, all dead leaves around. All this fuss, team committed to change all the linens which is not really their policy for a stay less than 3 days. They conveniently forgot! and we had to wait, again, for more than an hour. Well, if looking at a relaxing time to be spent, wouldn't recommend this at all.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused during our stay. As it's a guest house we had frequent guests and there were no issues with the AC. When you reported it we called the technician even though it was late evening between 7-8pm we tried to give our best and AC issue was sorted. Apologies for that as you had face the issue. Secondly on garden maintaineance it was peak summer in udupi and there was water scarcity everywhere in Udupi coz of the heat all the some of the plants had dried up. You can inquire and check about the humid in Udupi in the month of May. Regarding insects as we said it is not a bed bug. And we also said we experienced first rain might be the windows were open coz of which the flies came in. Coz after that we checked with each and every guest if they experienced the same and there was no complaints from anyone. You can check our latest reviews on other platform. Lastly the changing of linens during check in hope it was clearly informed since its a guest house and not hotel changing of linens and cleaning will be done 3 days once. Since it was requested and insects issue was mentioned though it was busy schedule considering guests request we changed and cleaned. Regarding the time guests were not available in the houses since morning and came in the afternoon and gave us a time for cleaning coz of busy schedule there was a delay which was informed to the guest. Again we again Apologies for the delay. Do visit us again we will make sure we will provide the best service to you.
Great place with antique look
familyStayed for a day. It was quite a different experience with antique look. Loved the stay. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. Property was just amazing. It had different kinds of trees which took us lot of time to figure out and learn t a lot about them. Luckily in the morning ag around 7 am, we were able to spot peacocks. Had couple of feedback - one is related to tv which was in first floor. It would have been better in ground. Second is related to cushioned seating in front room. Altogether one of the best stays
