I booked my room but they don't give room there. they provide room another location. this is really terrible experience. Their response is they booking but still booked room. So they can't provide room there.

Property was clean and peaceful. Bathrooms were clean and attached. All in all, a welcoming experience.

First of all they don't have an attached bathroom. It was not mentioned in the amenities section so part of it was my fault to think that the bathroom was attached. Secondly they don't have drinking water facility. We asked the caretaker to give us water. She said that a boy will come and give it to us but no one came. Also the house was far from the main road so we have to again go to the main road go get water (location is not correct as per google map. And third, they cleaned the room and changed the bedsheet after we arrived which showed that they didn't care about their guests enough. How to get discount?
