We had an overall pleasant stay, and I would like to highlight that the housekeeping and client service staff were very supportive and attentive to our in-room needs such as cleaning and special requests. Their efforts are truly appreciated.
However, I was quite surprised and disappointed by the dining experience, especially considering we spent ₹20,000 for two rooms. Despite being in-house guests, we received minimal attention during lunch and dinner. In fact, my wife had to personally seek out someone to take our à la carte order, which was unexpected and inconvenient.
It became clear that the restaurant staff were more focused on walk-in guests than on residents staying at the hotel. As the restaurant is open to the public, the crowding made it difficult for us to enjoy the dining experience and access the amenities comfortably. This lack of prioritization for in-house guests was disheartening, especially given the premium cost of our stay.
That said, we would like to sincerely thank Suraj Pratap, who truly understood our situation and ensured we were treated with proper attention and care during dining. His professionalism and customer-first attitude stood out and made a positive difference during our stay.
We strongly recommend that the hotel consider revising its policies to give due priority to in-house guests, especially in shared spaces like the restaurant and other amenities. Doing so would greatly enhance the overall experience and satisfaction for your staying guests.
