Very poor hotel stay experience: dirty rooms, malfunctioning amenities, uncomfortable beds, inadequate room services, lack of basic amenities, and overall poor value for the price
• Cleanliness issues: Dirty floors, dusty furniture, No towels was provided, visible dirt in the bathroom, unhygienic conditions. • Room problems: Damaged furniture, malfunctioning appliances ( TV, shower and tap not working), door lock was also not working, uncomfortable bedding, inadequate lighting
• Poor maintenance: Broken fixtures, peeling paint, cracked walls, outdated decor. Very Dirty dustbin was kept inside room.
• Unpleasant experience: Unwelcoming atmosphere, rude interactions with staff, lack of basic amenities like toiletries. • "The room was filthy, with stained carpets and a showerhead that barely sprayed water." • "The bed was incredibly hard and the pillows were flat, making for a very uncomfortable sleep." • "I was very disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel, it was clearly not well-maintained and not worth the price I paid."
