Yes Rainbow Resort is great place to stay in Saharsa if any have meetings exam they can definitely stay at this property Also staff are well mannered they also provided essential freebies to me like water coffee kettle sugar milk powder Also this place is located at prime location near Saharsa Junction which is good for all Overall good experience

Well hygenic hotel, Well behaved Staff Restaurant of its own is a good option। Electric equipment like Electric jug should be in appropriate number so that all rooms should be given for their need। Prime location of city

The room was unfortunately not up to par. The cleanliness was lacking, with damp walls and a persistent, unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom.

No Invoice provided , wrong details putup ,I booked with GST but nothing mentioned. I called on helpline but she couldn't resolve it and disconnected the phone . She said hotel will provide bill and hotel receptionist said they have no option for online booking invoice

although geyzer is not working, no water in the morning.. for bath etc i find it by google map and services are not upto bench mark

Property need to improvement. Staff behaviour ok. On thing lots are mosquitos in room. A resort with big room. Front desk staff behaviour is very good. Food quality is not good. Every thing is ok. As per location i think hotel rate is not costly. Best wishes. Thank u

The room which given me it was last, at night there was noise like some using washroom and washing something. Not slept properly. Next day my room was not cleaned, and at the near my main door around morning 3 or 4 am somebody taking loud. But the property and the food was very nice and the best location. Only need to work on standard and basic hygiene and also courtesy. I would like to thanks the manger over there and please focus on it and it will be best in saharsa.

Location is good. Center of the city. Food was mouth watering amenities was average services was good

Rooms are good but not cleaned properly. Exhaust fan is missing in the bathroom.

बहुत ही खराब जिस तरह का पेमेंट लिए है उस तरह का सर्विस नहीं था रूम में weelcome किट भी नहीं था । ब्रेक फास्ट कोई थी सही व्यवस्था नहीं था ब्रेक फास्ट ठीक नहीं था परंतु पेमेंट अच्छा खासा लिया गया है

Its been my regular drop point at saharsa stay feels so comfortable with abundance of space available to walkout and feel relaxed. Above all their staff conduct is awesome till time

Room was not clean an toilet were dirty. The room which we booked they have given to other and they gave another room. It was late night 1 o clock.

The room was neat and tidy. However the staff was not very agile. Also the breakfast had not very many options, only parathas served. There was enough parking space for vehicles. Only improvement needed is the agility of hotel staffs and room-service. The rooms were spacious and good though.
