The rooms were nice and spacious. The hot water is not hot enough. Water pressure in the bathroom was good though. Was a very luxurious stay.

Dear Team, I had a less than average experience staying in this hotel. But first let me highlight some good points. The check in process was smooth and the breakfast we had the next day morning was very nice with plenty of choices typical of a south India breakfast especially with readily prepared masala dosa . However the room was shabby and not befitting of an executive room we reserved and the large amount we paid for. The ac remote was dangling from the hall and the buttons on the remote are now just having the small plastic projections and I had to press them multiple times to activate the functionality. The bathroom tap was broken and turned to the other side . if there is an opportunity to attach photos I could have attached them . The white bathroom towel looked very old and did not induce any refreshing feeling while using it. I was left wondering is this what is called an executive room?

Facilities are good, very central area in chittoor town. The restaurant has delicious eatables. The staff was very nice. One area to improve is to have well maintained bed spreads. Otherwise overall a very good stay.

Property is excellent and also food is good parking problem is there

Otherwise OK but cockroaches in the room which is a big no for me. Advice to do pest control regularly.

The reception was good, and so is the food, the major issue was the ac, it seems to be centralized ac and the controls were quite cumbersome and attached to a wall and had no remote to control it. The bed was big and comfortable for 3 people to sleep in. All in all it was good.

It was a good experience from the property and i'm highly satisfied. Try to add some kerala food at your menu
