I had booked a premium room but the room which was show in the photo was not there in actual and there was no cleanliness of the room and washroom and the price of the room was very highly but as per the price there were no service and facilities my experience was not good .

1. The ambience and cleanliness of the reception, lift cabin and gallery are poor. carpets are dirty. It needs to be improved. However the room's cleanliness and other conditions are very good. Service part is also good. 2. Breakfast is very much of a repeatative nature. For a long stay some more items may be included.

Very poor eoom
easily accessible. food just ok. only 1-2 options in breakfast. Room provided was worst room of hotel. Deluxe rooms are not worth the charges taken. Room cupboards were full with broken stuffs like fan, inverter etc and was being used like storage godown.

Claiming it was the “worst” room is subjective and doesn’t align with feedback we receive from other guests in the same category. Regarding room contents, it’s unfair to label cupboards as “storage godown” — all items are placed as per standard room setup, and no such concerns were raised during your stay for us to act upon.Breakfast options are clearly mentioned and customized items are available on request. Future guests are encouraged to communicate concerns directly for immediate action, as we genuinely prioritize guest satisfaction.

The experience was good
Although didn't stay for long and booking on makemytrip was definitely a bad idea because i inadvertently booked wrong room and paid for something else and they refused to modify booking even after i stayed in a downgraded room which wud have costed me lesser than what i paid if i had booked directly with the hotel and this all confusion arise d because of mmt and they did nothing abut it even after raising. So hotel was fine not great but mm t was definitely pathetic

Excellent Stay
Room was clean as shown in the pictures. The restaurant has good ambience and good food. The menu also has good options. There is a sweet shop on the same floor as the main entrance parking is available infront of the hotel and in adjacent parking lot. Staff is decent and swift.

Overall good. Liked staying there
Rooms were clean but there kitchen open at 8:30 am which is disappointing i needed tea at 6 am they should help with tea at least earlier. Hotel was clean staff was good and helping in nature i loved there kachori must try
