The room was not how it was supposed to be, not very clean and everything beside bed was not cleaned enough to even sit. They didn't provide a room key, soap or towel. They said that the key was lost and we don't provide towel with the room booking. I called makemytrip support for help and they sorted it out to me within 5m. Kudos to the mm t team and very bad hotel staff.

The hotel rooms were clean but there was nothing in the name of service, i had to call multiple times for toiletries but still no response, then finally had to go to reception and get towels by myself, breakfast was strictly ok with limited options. Overall won't suggest for families. Need to improve on service

All members are well behaved. Fell save and secure. Food was very tasty and everything was maintained in a proper way. Net and clean rooms. There is a also a nice restaurant on tha uper level of tha hotel which we enjoy. The coffee was great.
