not clean staff ka vyavhar theek nahi oky vaha ke staff ka vyavhar bilkul sahi nahi tha raat ke samay me bahut pareshan kiya kafee time baad room open kiya

Hotel is situated near to bus stand, which make it comfortable even you are reaching late night.

Good stay in a City like Balrampur

It's good but food is not good.

It was a pleasant experience, and clean, well decorated, spacious, clean washroom also.

Unfit rooms with basic deficiencies of services are allotted. No one checks before allotting. Staff not available for taking care. No system of house keeping, on complaining, it was said, it was said the housekeeping staff will come in the evening but never turned up inspite of reminder had to live in untidy room. Please look into seriously. I do not recommend this Hotel until services are improve.

Loction is good room is also good neat and clean. Most like of this place it is based at main point of the city access from bus station or Railway Station and you can find very easily. Quick response

Good hotel as per location. In such low budget and if we are in Balrampur we can't expect better than this. Overall good experience and I would like to continue my stay with this hotel.

Rooms are good and optimal for the cost. Location is accessible to the bus stand and the railway station. Moreover the hotel is located in a market place. Owner is helpful as well as the crew of the hotel. Safety and security is ensured. Lights and ambiance of the room also is appreciable.
