Property is in good locality but rest other Food, Amenities and Services are not good as showed

Dirty smel in the room. No service in room cleanup no shop no shempoo no towels.

Bad bathrooms, irritating door, door not properly working, uncomfortable bed, not maintaining neatness uncomfortable

Decent but not good for family.Lot of mosquitoes,washrooms not hygiene.But ok for short stay.carry your own bedsheets and towel.

I was traveling from Araku to Ooty on my scooty and I was looking for a night stay. This place cost me 1000 including GST for the night. The room was congested and the bathroom was nightmarish. But the bed was okay so I slept like a log.

The room is very ugly, the bathroom is not clean and the hot water does not come, the ceiling is cracked, the bad smell comes from the pillow blanket and the bed is not washed.

Dont expect super speciality it is a kind of rural. So ok for 1 night stay for riders. No parking you need to park your car bike infront of lodge. Unexpectedly i took halt in my ride. Ok for night stay and safe place.

The staff were very nice but I wouldn't stay here. The mattress had a human shape in it, no shower head, no hot water, also I asked for bottled water and they gave me a refilled bottle which made me sick. But the staff were really nice. It's just not a good hotel.

Very old, even flush button not working. Don't stay lot of mosquitoes are there and room is having cigarette smell and bad order.

Room is not clean. Bath room is not clean.

No cleanliness and damaged furniture.

Rooms are not cleaned. Service boy was drunken. They won't clean rooms each day. And also it is not perfect Lodge to stay. I don't know how make my trip made agree ment with these type of hotels. Had worst experience

Hotel location is easy to access and hardly 1km distance from the railway station. Check in and check out is fast. Cleanliness is well maintained, staff is good, rooms are clean and the service is prompt and lastly many food outlets are within walkable distance.

Nice to stay and worth of money .. Disciplined staff with obedient behaviour .! Clean rooms and cooperative management! I stayed for one day as part of my business and I didn’t felt any kind of hick ups during my stay!
