Never stay at this hotel! The photos shown at the time of booking are completely misleading — you will not get the same room. The room I was given had a terrible smell This incident happened around 9 PM right after I checked in. Neither the hotel manager, the receptionist, nor customer care responded properly. I have stayed in hotels worth more than ₹1500 before, but this is the first time in my life I’ve felt the need to file a complaint. This was the worst experience ever.

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel in Tirupati. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location is also very convenient for travel. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Tirupati.
