The place is a delight for nature lovers and people seeking dark skies. The staff are extremely helpful. The food is nice and simple. Highly recommend the place.

1. Worst experience

The worst experience of my life ! i have booked this for friday 5th feb ! our check in time was 10:30 pm. The rooms were not clean and bed sheets were smelling bad, we had given them order for dinner around 8:30 and asked to prepare the food as their kitchen closing time was 10:30 around. The food that we had was so bad i have no words for the pathetic taste and the quantity were so less. But considering the taste of their food even 4 people were not able to finish the two small bowls of chicken gravy. The rotis were as hard as a rock ! starters were okay but rest of the food was. I asked housekeeping staff to clean the rooms they ignored my request. As it was late in night and we were very tired so we slept in the dirty rooms only. Worst of all staff was so rude. They had no respect for the guest. I have never experienced such horrible treatment before. My whole weekend and money got ruined because of this place. I strongly recommend to avoid this place because of the poor management and rude and unprofessional staff behaviour. ! me and my friends were deeply offended by their services and the worst thing was their food ! i asked them several times and requested employees to assist us with our inconveniences but every time they refused to help us. We had no water in our rooms i asked for glasses in order to drink the water in room staff refused to give me the glasses also we drank water from the jar that i brought from their restaurant because staff denied to have us any kind of service. The experience was total pathetic. Owner should look into their services and hire some professional people in order to make people more welcome and to provide better experience to their clients.

The property is located at a place where there is no connectivity to main road. One has to drive almost last 3 kms off road on a very risky rocks n mud. The cottages are very basic with broken sanitary systems, leaking taps, no water in taps, unchanged bedsheets, bad mattresses and no cleaning. Lack of staff to cater. Very limited and very basic foodstuffs. No food for pets. All they promise is just fake. Dont expect the trucking and high tea. Its calm for sure but for that u can stay in any place nearby bangalore.

We have enjoyed staying here, it is a purely natural environment with forest birds humming and a beautiful hill view. They have three guest rooms which are very clean and an individual dining hall with delicious food with humble service. They have a swimming pool which attracts both kids and adults and a gaming court too. It is a peaceful and wonderful place for a family and couples to enjoy.
