TOOK MY MONEY NO REFUND POLICY AS ROOM WAS GIVEN TO OTHERS THEY SAID NO COUPLES ALLOWED SO I JUST WENT THEIR AS SOLO AND PROVIDE MY ID BUT THEY SAID YOU HAVE TO BRING SOMEONE AS ROOM IS BOOKED FOR TWO GUEST. IT WAS NIGHT NO OTHER HOTEL WAS AVAILABLE AS I WAS SURE I BOOKED THIS HOTEL

They provided us room at 4th floor but no lift available, no proper ventilation and lights in rooms, no room service available and proper information about hotel also not given

Very bad service from the room service team as well as manager. Booked the room for one day but they were keep on disturbing about the checkout.

There was no toiletries in the bathroom, no wifi, no security, even no sealing fan in the room. They only provide wall mounted fan. The experience was not good at all.

The staff behaviour was polite. The facilities were good and the amenities are all in working condition. The hotel is neat and clean. The room was spacious and the washroom was clean. Yes, the hotel is value for the money I paid. I would recommend this property to others.

Though we booked for two days. The hotelier only allowed us to stay for only one night staying it was closed for maintenance. Rightfully so the hotel could have been much better. The room was small and the washroom had multiple cracks which I guess were the subject for renovation. The hotel has small and safe parking where five to six cars can be parked.

The room was neat and clean, the washroom was neat and clean. There is a bit of disturbance in the room due to outside noise. The staff was very good. The overall stay was good.

The location was average. The room was full of mosquitoes and the washroom was not clean. Services and staff behavior were good. Overall an okay experience.
