stay was okay, hotel is located on main road but is food substandard. basic amenities were provided but coud have been better.

Tariff is so high compatible hotel facilities totally not good for stay. . Mm.

Room was good but not maintained properly like no proper supply of milk powder for tea or shampoo toothpaste in bathroom. There was pathetic experience in restaurant. No proper menu for breakfast. I have given 3 star just because the room was spacious and comfortable for family of 2 adults with 2 children below 6

The experience of my stay at hotel nakshatra, banswara can be described as most terrible. The hotel doesn't care for the hygiene of the customers at all. The bed sheets were stained with human secretions and food stains. Those were ysed bed sheets and pillow covers. The floor mat of lift was full with mud and dust. The bath towel was fill of stains and even with a large hole in it. The colour of water supplied from the was little yellowish. The flow of water from the taps was almost trickling in nature. The hot water for bathing was not satisfactory, it was somehow lukewarm. The hotel is ill located and entrance road is totally broken. I was so dissatisfied after check in that i did not take my dinner or break fast from this hotel and i went to a nearby hotel utsab and that was very neat and clean whereas tariff of utsab was cheaper than nakshatra. The hotel nakshatra was recommended by mmt i don't know why.

Staff is good, sincere and caring. Rooms and washroom are hygienic with proper vantilation. Satisfied with room sarvice and food. At the end can say best hotel in this city.

Hotel staff must wear mask all the time on duty for self and guest safety. Hotel location was ok ; hygiene was question to be addressed ; food quality not to the mark ; service was ok.

Nice Hotel with tasty food and service

Good services, staff behavior is supportive. The owner is personally visiting time to time in a day itself and yes food quality is great.
