Property early checking charges pay early checkout Kar diya tha service is best room& food is best

Location is good, at the central place of the city. The room and food were okay but not great. The room wasn’t very clean but they cleaned it after being told. Services were also average.

Room AC was not at all working. Tried to call reception more than 10 times but no one was interested in resolving issue. When ordered coffee without sugar they delivered coffee with sugar. behaviour of staff was very unprofessional.

Hotel galaxy is very good to stay in banswara and a good hotel, good rooms but need to improve service as service little bit slow and no shampoo and shower gel in bathroom that is the negative point other wise hotel is very good

Not proper clean and basic amenities not available like water bottles, tea bags, room service etc

We have horrible experience with hotel. First of all while we went to hotel they said that hotel is already fully occupied and the let us stay at the other hotel. They said it’s their own hotel to. They will provide us the room there while we reach to the hotel the another hotel guy, takes our id and the next day while i checked out from that, hotel, i found that me and my colleague id got viral on social media, and they said that they didn’t viral it. These guys are pretty horrible. They influence the social life of a person. Never booked this hotel for the detail review. Please check on the local newspaper. We complained to the police in the end, and we got the solution over there. These guys are antisocial people.
