Smelly room. Tv not working geyser not working also

Bathroom needs to be cleaned properly, bed sheets and towel must be washed properly. Staff are well behaved

Very good location in the heart of the city near pantaloons and reliance mart and vishal mega mart nearly 5 minutes from siliguri more very good service and good people taking care of all the needs by guest food is also available veg and non veg reasonable price

I had booked and paid in advance for a non ac room. But when i went there they refused to give me accommodation. I have contacted with 'make my trip' customer support, they provide me with a different hotel.

Every basic things we got when we asked like towel, soap, power plug, napkin etc. Unfortunately we stayed der for 1 day only.

The staff was nice and helpful, always kept the requests. The hotel food was also good, nothing too fancy, but simple and homely. Overall fairly good stay for the price. Done.

As we were traveling towards darjeeling, we had stayed there for a night. Rooms are very clean. Good couple friendly. Washroom very clean. Geyser facility.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown raiganj, utter dinajpur.

The staff's behaviour was good, but they didn't provide water as it was complementary, not even provided a towel. Those things should be complementary at booking an ac room.
