hotel renovation working but they open booking it's not good and no car parking beds also so hard service is good

I had booked a deluxe room, but upon my arrival on 17/02/2024, I was given a single room instead of the deluxe room that I had booked and paid for. Despite my refusal to accept the incorrect room and my decision not to cancel my booking, I was only refunded ₹2,200 instead of ₹2,611, which is the full amount I paid. This is unfair and unacceptable, as the mistake was on your part, and I should have received a full refund. I kindly request you to refund the remaining ₹411 immediately to my original payment method. If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the higher authorities or consumer grievance forums. It was value to the money i spent. This place is still getting renovated for better experience in future. Currently all services are not available, however decent enough for stay. I went for official purpose where i just have nice place to sleep & relax.

Stay was awsum. Dint expect such neatness. Ac is working great ! premises are also neat and tidy.

Food is very homely and very very tasty. I feel happy and fabulous moments in my weekend jolly trip
