Review Of Mahalaxmi home stay

I had a pleasant stay at Mahalaxmi Homestay... The attitude of staffs were so gud and friendly... It was a comfortable stay and all those basic amenities were provided...

Reached the homestay around 11AM, found a guy dusting the reception area- he was casual and asked if we are [ some guy’s ref]. I told him we have a booking . I enquired if he is Aman- he replied that Aman is busy at his wedding. He called a number- apparently some guy called Anil. The reception guy informed this Anil guy about our online booking and expressed concern on how to adjust the other bookings. He suggested that he will Make arrangements in another homestay- just opp Mahalakshmi- we reluctantly checked and it was bad. We asked to speak to Aman, the reception guy dialled Anil and asked us to speak. Anil’s question to us- ‘kya dikkhath hain, room toh hain nah’ We demanded to return to Mahalakshmi and demanded our room. We were taken to a room - ready. We moved in, saw one towel- requested that reception guy for another towel- he replied- ‘bus ek hi Towel hain’ We stepped out had our breakfast, found another hotel, came to Mahalakshmi and checked out with 60 mnts.

I had booked 1 A/C room for 3 occupants with 4 wheeler parking. I had spoken to the owner and he confirmed they have parking. When we checked in, there was no AC and parking. The room had no window and was suffocating. Even the connected bathroom was not having exhaust fan. It was very hot and could not stay and hence left room overnight and checked in at other hotel. We had complained also.They are liars.the booking amount was not refunded to us.They have charged me for AC room.

The owner mr. Anil yadav, treats all guests as family and goes out the way for any local support, excellent human being

wash basin,towel hanger in bathrom and cloth hanger in almirah are not availeble but cleaning and service are best

I had a wonderful experience at this homestay hotel! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

Pathetic service, bathroom does not have washbasin, when you take bath water comes inside the room. Time to time they switch off the geyser from reception and then you have to go and ask them to switch it on. Terrible service will not recommend it to anyone. The room is having opening which cannot be closed and outside noise and mosquitoes come inside.

Location is very close to the market place and temple, no food, but had restaurants nearby vicinity, no much noise and pollution.

everything was very good, the home stay and staff behaviour was also very good.The hotel is very close to the market.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of home stay. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Trip type: travel-led as a couple

The rooms are very small and the charges they are charging are too high for the facilities they are providing even there is no sink for face wash and bathrooms are very small i suggest in 2k we will get better than this property
