Nearly 4am the electricity cut down for an hour. In this area you need to improve your service.

यहां का स्टॉफ हेल्पफुल नहीं है। मैं यहां रात को पहुंचा था तो खाने के लिए इनसे कहा तो इन्होंने 20 रुपये प्रति रोटी लिए, जबकि मेन्यू में 15 रुपये लिखा हुआ था। पानी की बॉटल के 30 रुपये लिए। रूम ठीक है पर बाथरूम से बहुत ज्यादा दुर्गंध आ रही थी। टी. वी. भी रिचार्ज नहीं था इनका जबकि 4 रात के लिए हमने रूपये पे किये थे। वापसी की हमारी ट्रेन आधी रात की थी तो हमने स्टेशन जाने के लिए इनसे मदद मांगी की कुछ अरेंजमेंट कर दें, वो नहीं कर पाये। आधी रात को बारिश में छाता ओढ़कर मैं और पत्नी पैदल स्टेशन गये। बाकी फोन पर बहुत अच्छा बात करते हैं।

Easy to reach, quality food, good food

I am almost frequent traveler to madhuban and always stay in this hotel due to their well behaved supportive staff, peace full stay, easy to reach and quality food they served.
Location of the hotel are very good it is surrounded by nearby shops and populated area and following clean policy as much as they can. Maintaining hi-gene during preparation of food also.

Over priced, bad maintenance, poor service

Avoid this hotel. Small rooms, tiny bathroom, poor customer service, understaffed. I Am told much better hotels are available in Madhubani at half the tariff.

The room booked was overcharged considering the amenities. A very small room with no table or any sitting arrangement, no proper lighting. The bathroom had constant dribbling of water on the floor. I don't think there was a lift and the stairs were very narrow. The staff were busy as the hotel was booked for a function. So could not help much. I was very happy to check out.
