No dought it’s a good property with great service and luxurious room with all amenities and fooding .... staff behaviour was very good .... but only problem I experienced that some construction was going on another floor which caused lots of noise which was unpleasant and I can’t sleep till hours .... this was my very bad experience with this hotel .... otherwise they are good

Exhaust fan in bathroom not working, location of intercom in room is very inconvenient, room is very small, no hot water kettle in room, tea always served warm only from room service. However staff is friendly and cooperative

I had booked a double deluxe room worth 4000. When i checked in they smarty gave me a standard room size of a bathroom. I refused to take that room. They said they don't have any other room. I refused to stay and asked them to refund. Then all of the sudden they got the key of the room which i booked. Seems like they are new to the business and still pretend to be over smart. Poor gesture.
