Review Of Lakeview Residency | Rooms & Kitchen

There's no cleanliness.. maintenance of the rooms n toilets are too worst..we arrived at 11:15pm n checked out by morning 7:00am..its a horrible experience..

Location is ok. But no water bottle and food. No good restaurants near by. Other amenities is also not good

Overall it is good staying but parking not available in proper way at the same time few rooms have heater problems and few rooms have air conditioners problem but immediately clearing the issue from the management of hotel, overall it was good

The room had a super stinky smell especially in the bathroom, there's no source of fresh air or possibility of venting. I regret staying here. I don't recommend unless they improve the quality of the rooms.

Well maintained rooms and comfortable stay in lakeview restaurant they are stickily followings makemytrip rules, they are not providing 24 hrs check in/out timing

It's good as a property (spacious rooms & beds) indeed but not maintained well. Minor issues though irritates when it's at the cost of comfort for which one has paid money. I stayed for 3 days & had to change 2 rooms because the 1st room has issues like noisy fan, ousing washbasin outlet & no TV. They offered an alternative which had no geyser in condition. So I better chose the one with geyser & compromised on the rest. 2nd day a room was given where the health faucet & bathroom latch were broken. I stood stubborn that they should be replaced & was done in few minutes. Why do they expect a customer to highlight all these when they have the spares available (only then it would ne possible to change so soon) ? It's their duty & is a MUST. I thought everything settled with this but the Lift stopped working then & my room was in 2nd floor, After making the full payment, why should someone compromise on the entitled services? Not even a complimentary water bottle which is definitely provided by any neighborhood competitor in this range. Hope the property owner's attention is called for⚠️

I was booked tickets but, i was not able to check in, because my friend age was under 18, i was not able to cancel my booking, so i paid 1450, because any entry in hotel

This place is on highway so its very convenient for people who wants to spend a night. Highly recommended for travellers. Room condition is good and clean. People there are very polite and helpful.

The stay in this hotel was really good and best. The staffs in the hotel were really helpful and genuine friendly type. The to location of the hotel was good and maintained well and super. The room was neatly cleaned and everything was perfect. Our stay in this hotel was excellent. Over-all the stay was awesome. Kindly prefer this hotel to stay with your family's or group of friends or couples. That's it

Best hotel to stay in andhra pradesh

When i have booked for 3 members, they are not ready to give 3 soaps however the hotel staff in the reception is telling that only 1 soap is allowed per room itseems, matter of 5 rupees in total it would be 15 rupees, that they are not read to give. Also bathroom lock was not working. I am regularly visitors to this hotel however this time i was disappointed. Will try to visit next time within that fix all these concerns please, thanks.

Nice stay in lakeview residency. Staffs are nice. Food is the only issue. Everytime we have to go out and have the food. Otherthan that it's a pleasent stay.

The room maintenance in good condition reception are well maintained, receptionist is well trained, need to stay regularly. Well maintained rooms near by to stay easy to find locations

hotel room are affordable, it's suitable for family members as well. i am planning to visit one more time, this one is very near to tada falls. thus i have booked lake view via makemytrip my favourite booking application as always 😊. many thanks to makemytrip once again 😊

Stayed for a night at lake view residency while went to sri city for son's hostel drop. Hotel is walkable distance from railway station. There is good restaurant very near to this hotel. Rooms are very clean. Hotel staff and management are very cooperative, responsive and hospitable. Me and my family liked the stay. We recommend the same to others.
