No good 😕 food nice location but insects n bugs on bed n while sleeping bit me n too much rate 😅😡😤

Beautiful resort at the hill top with a mesmerising view point,very friendly staff and delicious meals.

Location is good but behaviour of the senior manager is not satisfactory while communicating via phone. Overall when I visited every service person responded well.

Positive-the rooms were clean, the property has a nice play area and mainly the staff was soo helpful that one of our car had a problem in it's tailgate lock system then one of the the hotel staff whi was at the reception had called a mechanic to repair our car. Negative- at room no-205, the telephone was broken, the paint was chipping off from the wall, one pice of the floor tile was broken. But, the negative points are not that serious because that are simple thinks. But the final answer is that it is a very good hotel for stay.

The hotel has a great great view, very nice sitting place, the staff are friendly, it's a nice place to stay.

Good accomodation. Excellent service. Really nice view of the surroundings.

We stayed in here for one day and overall i was certainly dissatisfied with the stay. Pros: 1. The view from the property is good 2. We get a covered car parking 3. Breakfast is average [ we got cut fruits, boiled egg, poori -channa, poha] 4. Restaurant [only the restaurant not the hotel/resort] staffs were polite and helpful cons: 1. To start with the person who sits at the reception, i guess he is the manager of the property is kind of impolite. He makes us feel like we have intruded into their property and show least interest even while answering any of our questions 2. For breakfast they have strict 8-10 timing and they are not flexible with that, so if you have taken a kaziranga morning jeep safari, most likely you will miss the breakfast, so while booking you can opt not to include breakfast 3. The room was not really good. It's not well maintained, even the cupboards were looking really old amd broken. Our room was 107 4. The bathroom was pathetic, commode was in very bad condition and sometimes the flush doesn't work.

Location is very nice. Morning view in winter is amazing 4/5. Rooms 3/5, bathroom 2/5, restaurant food 3/5, restaurant service 2/5, over all service 3/5

These guys have uploaded very old pics of the property. It's very old property and very shabby. Services also very poor.

Though the rooms were decent but considering the price it was not upto the standards. Service was terribly bad. The beds had bedbugs and didnt let us sleep properly. Though we booked the hotel for 2 nights but stated there only for 1 night. Recommend people not to book this hotel.

the resort is at top of one hill & this is the only one resort/hotel which is on hill. I could see kajiranva national park from balcony. Rooms are specious. Ambiance is very good. Garden is photogenic place. Very divine small shiv temple. Food taste is average. Hotel manager has assisted for elephant & jeep safari. Concerns were poor housekeeping of rooms, 4” big spider found in room. Water taps were not working. Not managed food serving time.

No charming on free breakfast. Very poor management of the hotel. Only one boy is looking after all the job. Intercom was also not working.

View from this property is awesome. Location wise i give it five star but maintenance is pathetic here. There was broken tap, broken latch, leackege in water pipe, shortage of water. Food was over priced and below average. I won't recommend this place to anybody

the location of the resort is awesome, wonderful view of the jungle, they where nice to share binoculars which helped us view wild 🐘🐘 from resort grazing in herd of 🐘🐘. break fast was nice but not great.

Nice resort with great view on hill top

Very near to the western zone of the national park. Situated atop a small hill, so amazing views, including sunrise. Very friendly staff and nice, hot breakfast. The only thing is that the hotel hygiene isn't great, but it's definitely value for money.

Location, ambience and rooms are very good. Food is required to be improved. Management should take care of water and power supply to provide continuous service to the guests.

Great location to stay at kaziranga, the day we stayed there was issue with water due to some power outage.
