Poor Stay
Service is worst need to wait for an hour for simple french fries and salad. Food is tasteless. There is no SPA it is just a show off. Whats the use of getting free spa sessions when it is not available . Showers are not working properly worst experience

Excellent Stay
It's an wow experience in all respect. Resort is too clean & tidy, staff behaviour is excellent- they are ever ready to serve better with ever smiling face, food quality is also too good, resort location is also good. only hardship we faceed was approach road which literally gave us off road experience. one suggestion to resort management - it would be better if some pick up & drop facility could be arranged from bus stop.

The stay was homelike and cozy. Not much facilities though. But serves the purpose to take kaziranga experience. Food can be improved a lot.

familyApproach road for resort is very poor. Intercom facilities not working and food cast is very high. They don, t like resort.

Average stay
coupleThe location is quite remote which is a good thing. The road connecting it from at road is about 800m and is pathetic for any kind of vehicle. The rooms are built nicely but have the continuous stench of water seeped walls. The view of the room is of a under construction pool which has muddy stagnant water. The breakfast was average. No buffet. The chutneys served with south indian was stale and on enquiry was promptly told that it's not made fresh. Overall an average stay

Had a great stay
The location of the resort is great however the road to the resort which is around 1. 5 km from the highway is not good. The rooms are spacious and staff behavior is very polite. Had a great tym staying at the hongthor.

Amazing experience
familyIt was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was carried out smoothly and even when we were late for breakfast because of our safari they made sure we got it and it was tasty and hot as well.

Terrible Stay
the service and food was terrible , chicken was not even chewable .. they also do not have any wifi though they have mentioned it is available in their amenities . room provided with such fare ( equivalent to 4-5 star pricing ) was not upto the mark . ac cooling was ineffective
