Review Of Kudos Admire Beach Resort

Property's is very nice, we booked 2 deluxe rooms but beds are not that big 3 people can fit only 2 can sleep on the bed, water is clean not salty to bath, rest rooms are clean. Foods are not provided only water battle. Location is very close to beach you can see beach form here and a less than 30 sec watch you will be in beach and can see sunset.

Worst experience of my life. Mongoose were roaming around. No care taker was there

It was a terrible experience room was unclean staff unavailable we were not provided towels and basic amenities on time. Rooms were unhygienic with low maintenance . complete waste if money theres not a single thing. The staff was inattentive. We had difficulty opening and closing the door due to rusted condition. Foul smells everywhere . The room they displayed during booking was completely different than the room we got.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this property in Varkala. The rooms were completely different from what was shown in the pictures and lacked the amenities mentioned in the description. Basic essentials such as toiletries and towels were not provided. Despite repeated requests, the caretaker did not arrange even a toothbrush – I eventually had to purchase one myself from outside. Housekeeping was non-existent throughout the stay. Even after reporting a broken glass in one of the rooms, no effort was made to clean it, Additionally, The numbers did not connect to the owner or caretaker, and instead, unrelated people kept answering the calls. Overall, this property failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and created an extremely unpleasant experience.

I stayed here with family for 3 days in Sea Views rooms. The rooms had very bad dampness smell. Even bed and blanket were smelling of dampness. We had to ask for towel, iron and water bottle everything. Nothing was there in the room(felt like I am the staff of the hotel) 😔. The washroom didn’t have even have handwash. Will recommend to stay away.
