Review Of Kesar Resort & Midway

No people staying in the hotel. One receptionist and one cook are working. All the places are dusty. Rooms are never ever cleaned. No electricity. They are running with ups. It is a very bad experience. I didn't stay there. I escaped from there and stayed near by hotel called old roa.

It feels like a shady place. I did not feel safe. It is not really a hotel or resort. Dirty rooms, beds, washrooms, chairs and stains everywhere. Bad service.

The worst hotel i have ever lived. The room is dusty and the room feels like a zoo. You will have cockroaches, lizard, termites. I just tolerated for one night only.

Overall experience to stay in this resort was absolutely bad. No cleaning in rooms. Even blanket was also dirty. Light was not stable.

The person who claimed himself the owner of the resort was drunk and misbehaved with me i stayed there only for some hours and this weekend of ours was spoiled by this resort i hope after this review the staff of the resort will behave little with guests

Online food application not working there otherwise the location is awesome the food which is served by them is average

Hotel garden is awesome but bed sheets are not clean. There is lot of hair inside. And spread sheet also not good but changed after our request. Bathrooms are ok ok. Coming to food it’s nice. All in all it’s comfortable but not more comfortable. Adjust some things it’s good.

We reached the hotel and found out that it was not in Narnaul but in a nearby village. Once we entered we found out that there was no electricity, no manager and no food available, entered the room and it was stinking like a dirty brothel, there was smoked bidis all around in the room, gutkha packets and empty plastic glasses in which alcohol was consumed. The room had water leakages and was stinking badly. MMT advisors kept me waiting and did not help me at all then taken the owner of the hotel on conference who said I am some competitor who is trying to malign his hotel's image haha, I must say. Finally the drunk staff thrown us out and the owner threatened us with dire consequences and is coming to teach us a lesson. Please I repeat PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Best hotel in narnaul I will stay here 4times good service good food. Reception staff is good big space for parking. Good lawan. Cooperative staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable accommodation for guest recommend to all.

Air conditioners are installed for show piece only which are not working at all. Many times fan also goes off. There is no good power solution or if available, it was not working properly. One is visiting the resort for relax and enjoy but I was found nothing there. I will never recommend any to visit there in summer as there is a lots of power issue. TVs goes off due to non payment. I have requested many times to start Air condition but all waste, no one has cared my request.
