Property was very dirty, toilet was dirty upon checkin, phone wasn't working, no heater, wall was damaged.

Location was ok. But ambience service was veer poor. Never will recommend anyone to stay here. Very disappointing

Political party aquited the hotel as there meeting area. We didnt even get water as complimentry, after paying such heavy amount the service was below zero, i paid for breakfast and when we woke up there was no service for break fast, how come you guys rate this property as 4 star. I has to wait for hours to get my car parked in parking lot of hotel, as the political party guys were not moving their vehicles.

Good hotel staff is friendly and helpful i was not feeling well then they called doctor and treated me without any cost

I came for business trip and stay was amazing clean washroom fast service and amazing ambiance main thing is location is best on road

Property is beautiful but there is no maintenance. Toilet flush system was malfunctioning. It was constantly non stop pouring water. They said plumber will come but he never came. So whole night you could listen to thesoumd of water. While in order to flush we had to fill bucket and pour it in. The toilet. Shower top sprinkler was missing so it was a line of water only. Fan regulatir was not working so it would work at top speed ir no speed. Same issue with ac. Balnket had very foul smell so could not use them. So whole night we were turning the ac on or off. Could not sleep. Food was okay but it was only vegetarian. Even no eggs at breakfast. Only good thing was that staff was curtious.

Bad experience. The food was not good, hard mattress and there were ants and cockroaches in room. No dental kit. Tv is not working. Phone is not working towel is not available in washroom. Very very bad experience

I stayed there for 3 days. Staff were nice and very co operative. Hotel looked like old palace and rooms were big and clean. Pleasant to stay at this hotel in deluxe /semi delux room
