Clean, beautiful, polite staff, average food and not worth the price
The place is clean and beautiful. The staff is polite and respectful too. But I went there with a lot of expectations when I paid a premium price. The price is almost equivalent to a 4-to-5 star hotel. Please note that they do not give room service. This means that no food is served in the room, not even chai. Furthermore, the breakfast lacks variety and the food is average too. North Indian food tastes better than the local sea food of Konkan/Alibaug. This place is quite artsy, but there’s a lot that they could have done to let the guests have that “art and farm” experience. For example - keep sketch pens, paintbrushes and colours and let them colour some canvases, diyas, earthern pots etc. Also, their iconic waterfall in the pool, that people have spoken about in their reviews, was not even working throughout my stay. I would say that the resort is good, but not for the price they charge. I’ve been to better resorts with almost the same facilities and price, but at least offer unlimited seafood thalis. Also, it’s neither close to the sea nor the market nor the so called “nature”. I would request the owners to take this review seriously -- there’s a lot more they can do.

According to rate costing this villa or hotel is not good as that way it's not 5star or 3 star residency it's small hotel so rates of hotel is too high

Do not choose. Not worth it.
coupleHighly overpriced property with poor service. Food was terrible and the restaurant was filled with caterpillars. The people at the reception were nonresponsive. Even after calling 3 to four times noone responded to our calls and we had to spend our night with no water bottles, fresh towels, toiletries and coffee/milk powder. Highly recommend you look for better properties.

Excellent Stay
I had booked the room for my husband's birthday and it was the best decision. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room. The highlights was the impeccable service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.Food options are limited but taste is awesome and staff suggest you with good recommendation. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway with topmost hygiene standards. The owner is really humble and personally take care of all the needs and see that everything is maintained.It exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to return.

It was a very comfortable stay, cosy rooms. Hygiene and upkeep was comparable to any 5 star property. So overall a very good experience

Not a recommended place if you a re planning a stay with friends or as couples
The place is way too expensive for what it has to offer. The manager of the hotel is super rude. The mattress is very uncomfortable. They have a time bound for everything, why is that so? people are visiting for fun and will do whatever they want and whenever they want. Why is the staycation treated as a hostel? the worst part is that they do not allow room service? whyyyy which stay has this rule? the food menu is extremely limited. In the name of breakfast you have 1 fruit, 1 tropicana canned juice, poha or idli or upma. The property is so isolated that if you want to travel to any nearby location, you cannot because it will charge you a lot. After reading the reviews i had such high hopes from this place it was pathetic. Absolutely not worth it! it's a waste of time and money. There was literally no one for the stay apart from us the day we arrived. 1 family arrived the next day.

Wonderful stay at kalangan farms
The combination of a stunning, not very large property, clean and neat rooms, delectable cuisine, and very good service made it an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay.

Weekend in midst of nature
groupI went with my friends to this amazing place surrounded by nature. Although the path leading the resort is a little rough the place is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and they cooperate in every way. Cleanliness is very well maintained and the food is excellent. The pool and ambiance is immaculate. Overall a wonderful experience and photogenic too.
