A.C not working in room - no hot water available - stincky smell in corridor n room - though told room boy to bring tea he says yes but won't bring tea

THE WOREST AND DESSATER EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH THIS KALA RESIDENCY ESPECIALLY ONE OLD PERSON WAS THERE IN RECEPTION HEZ BEHAVIOR TOO WOREST

Very very bad rooms, bad experience very bad service washroom are worst condition i have waited for 1 hr to get room wash room dirty smell

Fan not worked properly, no hot water. We booked through to make my trip, but due to high demand, they forced us to cancel the booking in different ways.

They are showing different images, but the hotel looks horrible. No small space to walk inside the room. The room is not cleaned, toilet is utter broken pipes, damaged bucket. It's almost i fight with them to get things done but also not done in a proper way. Its not even worth. Don't do mistake and waste your money. I took the photos

Kala residency is a nice lodge and service is nice. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Near to raja gopuram. And tha price is suitable for us. Homely and decent stay. W r thankfull to kala residency and make my trip app. Thanq

We have booked 3 members but they have taken extra amount for extra bed

because they allotted all the room we r sitting in reception we got room at 10.45. another things the room allotted us local booked for ₹/= but we charged /=. the room was hardly 10x 10 feet including wash area. service was very poor morning we didn’t get normal water geyers r not working. sorry to say we r got disappointed ☹️

There are fans in the room but you don't get air, there is staff, hardly do they care about the customer's problem. room was full of mosquitoes that suck at-least half liter of your blood till morning. One star as one can have a view of the temple shrine (gopuram) from the balcony.
