Great experience with hotel staff. Room was clean and staff was supportive. Next time whenever i'm in una i'll stay in js plaza.

All was well managed and staff war co-operative. Food was also good and room service was also great.

There was lots of noice outside the rooms till late night. Hotel was not clean. Towels were torn. Staff however was polite.

Room was not clear. Room and bathroom corner was also stained. Room was full of smell, cupboard was full of dust.

They will give same room so choose 2 adults only. Beds size are very small. Overall hotel is good. Book at reception is good.

Best thing we liked about the stay was, it's connectivity, near to bus stand, and about, 1. 5km from station. Pure booked on mmt. Booking experience and services offered were very good. It would be always my first choice, whenever i would visit here.

A very nice hotel with all amenities. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. Checkin formalities took less than a minute. The room is very spacious, neat and clean. There is a sitting area with huge sofa settees. Bathrooms were maintained very clean, with all modern fittings and working. All bathroom amenities such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc were there. Icing on the cake is almonds drop hair oil! tea/coffee machine is provided, so we had our morning tea in the room only. 24x7 hot water is available. Since geyser is provided in the washroom, we could get hot water whenever required rather than waiting for specific timings or solar water. Restaurant served tasty food. Service is good too. Had our dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. All-in-all, a very comfortable stay, value for money and exceeded our expectations.

Value for money, nearby bus stand and not very costly, justify it's price.

Staff was really helpful and pleasent. Food was decent. Location is very good. Parking is available. But, bedsheets and pillows could have been cleaner, that was the only concern we had. Probably that was just a mistake. Overall, just as a hault in between while travel-ling to other places, this serves as a safe and decent option to take.
