Excellent hospitality by team led by gopal

The hotel room was good but we were told that their hotel kitchen is closed since covid. However, they were gracious enough to arrange food from outside. A special mention needs to be given to one of their staff named dipak. He was a very cooperative fellow who arranged our food for 2 days. The property is old but maintenance is not that bad however it can be improved.

We had a good stay at this hotel. Staffs were cooperative and helpful. Food was good. Only thing the hotel authorities to take care is the renovate the hotel bathroom and toilets with some modern amenities. Rest is fine.

Walkable to bus stop. Just adjacent to safari counter, perfect location without any hassle.

Bed sheets were not clean, bed was not comfortable.

Away from the hustle n bustle if city life, this hotel is located ad mist nature yet very close from market. The place is so pristine n serene, hotel rooms are very clean, well maintained and food is of very good quality. The staffs are very good and very cooperative, they have arranged all age jape safaris, and local sightseeing for us and even helped us to go to Shillong. This hotel is one such place where one can relax in perfect peace.

Advantage In front of Jeep stand, 10 minutes away from bus stand, just in the tea garden, survice 100 percent just for one person JITU . Disadvantage Room good not excellent, No attached balcony attached garden and swimming pool not well maintained . Food hygienic but not tasty.

It's located right opposite to the Kaziranga national park. Jonaki Kareng is located about 700m from the main road. The booking centre for the safaris of Kaziranga national park is located bang opposite to Jonaki Kareng. The site is beautifully designed.

Location is great .. Very spacious rooms. Clean too but felt bed covers and pillow covers had lot of dust. Ambience of the hotel is poor. Thanks for their timely call for asking us in advance for elephant ride. They packed breakfast for us as we would not have time to have it. They may not do it in peak season, but still service wise it was great. Cost of the room appeared more only because of poor ambience and poor facilities.

The room they provided initially had damp walls with water seepage marks, cane furniture was broken, paint mark on floor tiles, flush not working. They changed the room on request. Room was clean. Lot of mosquitoes. Amicable service but lot of overheads on Safari booking etc. Vegetarian Food nothing great to talk about.
