Overall the hotel was good, the room was clean but a little problem was there at night a mouse was wandering the room in which i stayed and it came from the ac duct. That needs to be fixed thank you. Fone

Property location and food amenities and services is very best. Rooms are very hygienic. Hotel service is very best and employees are very good persons

Wonderful hotel. Good rooms and good service. The food is also good. Overall nice experience staying here.

Arogent behaviour of staff and executive. On arrival they say you have booked 2 rooms for 2 adults but you are 4. Make my trip has informed that there are 2 adults and breakfast is also for 2 persons. Then i showed my confirmation details. Then manager said me to contact customer care of make my trip. I refused. However he allowed us to stay and said he will contact make my trip. Next day morning i said we will check out around 2 pm. We checked in also late around 7pm. Manager said ok. However due to maratha samaj arakshan andolan on beded aurangabad road was blocked so we could reach hotel at 3 pm. And asked them for check out. Manager said now you have to pay for 1 day extra rent for 2 rooms. He was demanding rs 3700 extra. After lot of argument i agreed to pay extra rent for one room which works out tors 1400. But he charged rs 2000 extra. I had no option but to pay as i had other appoints at mumbai otherwise i could have stayed extra one night as i have to pay 1 day extra rent.

Complimentary breakfast is not good

Bedding is not clean towel is very small room is also not that much good complimentary breakfast is not buffet. Fruits is not there.

Hotel needs to improve the quality of staff and their service. There is a lot of confusion about the paid breakfast and complimentary breakfast which i experienced.

Stay was average. Ac was not working. Nothing was upto the mark. Tea kettle and other facilities were also not satisfactory. Not at all the value for money.

Worst stay in any hotel so far. No drinking provided, dirty pillows and blanket, dirty washroom, no iron provided, inconsiderate staff, even the GST bill was not provided at the time of check out. Surprised that company like MMT provides aggregates such hotels - I m sure MMT is not doing regular audits of these hotels.

Very good and comfortable stay and food. One of the best hotels in Beed Town.

Location is ok, food is good, but guest of restaurants are very bad in manners. No security person available, no proper parking
