Breakfast can be improved. Big room but Ketley was not there to have Tea and Coffee .

the stay was quite peaceful. the captain at the hotel suggested me the food as per my requirements and mood. location is quite reachable by walking from the bus stand

The most bogus hotel is Crystal Hotel. All the hotels are very dirty. The toilets were like this.

Cob web in bathroom. Stinking odour in bathroom. Toilet seat broken. Flush water on continuously. Warm water comes after 10 min delay . Spiders on bathroom.All this in Deluxe A/C room.

1)Washroom was not good smell was there in Washroom, 2) service was also not good 3) They given me half liter bottle of water after asking about water. 4)No generator backup 5) Daal Khichdi was taste less

Good staff is always give good service and property location is best . But pls approve Google location All over my family enjoyed room space and amenities also . And most importantly the hotel give our driver permission for use their staffroom.

Very good hotel supportive staff and professional but little one thing to concentrate about the bathroom the bathroom needs more light connectivity plz add a light and freshener in the bathroom because whenever we get fresh at least feel the refreshment apart from this this hotel is good
