White Stone Hotel in Gonda is the worst hotel I have stayed in. -Pathetic Service. -No Landline available in Rooms to connect with Reception. -No water Bottles -No Hangers to hang the clothes. -No exhaust in Bathroom -Dirty Bathroom -No Restaurant available. -No Parking, Charges were ₹/ night. Not recommended at all Please don’t waste your money and time by opting this hotel.

GOOGLE REVIEW KE BAAD AB YAHA PE HMM 🤣 WHAT AN IDEA SIR JI. We do not force the guest to think that your food is not hygienic and hence the food we provide is full of package food and hygienic and you can trust your food. 1.You are right for some reason we did not provide you intercom facilities but our room is very close to the Reception Desk and we completed all your services on time. 2. We have already installed and kept RO water. And Bisleri pack bottles are also Avaliable. 3.Yes hangers are not in our rooms we noted your feedback. 4.Important attention on room clean and bathroom clean and ventilation in your room. 5.The bathroom is already clean. 6.We have 10 rooms sir and now there is no need of restaurant in our hotel but we have booked breakfast and dinner plan in which we provide you proper tasty meal ( Dinner and Breakfast ) and you know very well and we pay a lot of attention to that too. Infact the restaurant does not provide your late night food but we also manage on it. 7. Parking is already available, even if you take 10 cars, you will get proper parking and your car will remain safe. You book your room for single person then you will have to pay additional charges of extra person but as your request we left the extra person charges that cost is 400/- Room clean bathroom and services are provide you proper. Dinner and breakfast service given proper. and Everything is not free sir ji. It doesn't matter to us how much you have booked, all our rates are disclosed on Google and you have not paid even a single penny to the hotel. Our customers are very valuable to us and our customers are repeated customers and 6 to 9 month stay customers, please come next time for a cup of tea and we will show you all the records. We have valuable customer whom this hotel feels like home, that's why those customers leave good comments

Rooms are too small. Room cannot justify it cost. In 1500 hunderd rupees. There are another hotel that give. Much more facilities and there is no dinning area.

There is no facility in the hotel, no chair or chair. Even towel was not given. The toilet of the room is very dirty, even the flash is not working, there are so many mosquitoes in the room that I could not sleep the first night.owner behaviour is not good.
