Review Of Hotel Vrindavan Palace

The room , bed , washroom, ac , light all are Good. I found this hotel through Google Maps and all the services in this hotel are very good and staff behaviour is good

Powercut issue ..washroom condition is bad need maintenance and the breakfast included was not upto

charged extra money for water and didn't even pay me back. water bill was 26 but they charged 76 rupees

AC NOT WORKING room temperature is very hot because of ac , BATHROOM IS TOO DIRTY leakage of water , TELEPHONE SERVICE NOT Activated.

for a single bottle of water I was charged 76 rupees and later on investigating I found that the price was only 26 rupees and on reconnecting with them over call, they denied paying me back the rest amount. pathetic service just ready to scam the people

All good.. cleaning and service is great. Saty with friends and families is safe ..pure vegetarian restaurant available

Nice parking, nice service, good rooms and clean bathroom

Overall experience was average. Hot water geyser in rooms are not working properly. Food of restaurant was very good.

Good food but unaware staff no clarity on quantity

The room was neat and clean, ac was not working. Intercom not working. The staff is untrained and the service is very poor, for example i asked for a water bottle for 5-6 times but not got it, all the time the staff said just bring and disappeared. Radhika restorent is good enough with quality of food at reasonable price.

Easy to find on sai dham road next to chitramandir the movie theatre with a large enclosed parking area, the hotel offers spacious rooms and quite standard vegetarian fare. It's pretty much no frills but does have a minibar hidden in the cupboard, of all places! service was pretty good, too.

Good place to stay. Nearby beautiful big temple and children garden with well decorated pond nearby.

Staff not at all friendly. Old food served in breakfast. Some rooms cramped and washrooms have no hot water in basin. Electric kettle also not available in rooms. Staff not willing to help.

Excellent stay . Very cooperative staff . Delicious food . Thoroughly enjoyed . We stayed for 3 nights the rooms were ready before we checked in . There is plenty of space for parking and playing . They made special arrangement for us on Christmas . Strongly recommendable.
