every thing was superb . food was fantastic. best hospitality they given . staff was so humble and soft spoken. room was very neat and clean. and washroom was so hygiene. I will give it 5 out of 5

Property not very clean, washroom did not have good water and soaps. Pillow and mattress was not of good quality

Paint falling off the walls, charging 2000 per night and not providing tea and coffee, breakfast. Exhaust not working in the bathroom.

Hard bed mattresses, small room, although it was booked for 3 guests. For 3rd guest, simple blanket was provided, no cover sheet on blanket. Not hygienic, must have been used by multiple guests

there was winter session but in hotel no good quality blanket 😐last time also visit that time also I ask hotel crew but not available

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
