Very bad, I booked for my parents there train reached at 2.30 night. But manager refused for stay. My amount was total paid and my mom was ill, still he didn't allow to stay. He was drunk totally no manners to talk to ladies. After online booking also he asked for full money he said I will not accept the booking. I booked ac room nothing was there he use to drunk full time. Very bad. In ac room there was cooler that was also not working. And in non ac room no fan, no cooler. It very terrible.
