Sanitizing not done. Room not cleaning. Found cigarette ash throwing after smoked. Room not sanitizing. Bathroom was looks dirty found ciggarette ash bathroom too. Need to improve more and clean. Before some one guest check in.

Hotel Vishal at Dibrugarh very bad Experiamce
Hotel management is with very worst behavior. Room conditions are not good. Some rooms are with dampness from walls. Bad smell every where in room pillows and bed sheets are old ruptured and not able to use. But Hotel management forcing to customer. It is out of understanding that how make my trip assuring it to stay it's customers?
