I travelled with my family (wife and daughter) and stayed here for 1 night. The hotel room was clean, neat and hygiene. It was a nice stay in the hotel. I recommend to other families too. The front side of the building gives you a wrong perception which I too had until I arrived to the reception in 2nd floor. I found it very clean and neat. Parking is in cellar but a bit congested. Didn’t try the restaurant though

GOOD STAY, CLEAN AND HYGIENE

Stayed with my family, Wife and Daughter for 1 night. We reached Bhavnagar on 22nd Oct and stayed there for night. Don't judge the hotel standing in front of the building. I was skeptic about the cleanliness when I arrived at the location. Reception is on 2nd floor and your opinion will definitely change from there. It was good stay. The rooms were very clean and neat. I felt hygiene. I would recommend for a family.

I want to early check in and room was available still they charged 2000 rs for stay. it was very high, I always prefer stay in virgo every month but they refuse and charged 2000 rs extra those I don't like, its no value of prefer member

However, please be noted that our check in time is 13:00hrs & you asked us to provide the room by 03:00hrs, as its too early to manage easily so we hold the room from last night which is chargeable and it was informed to you day prior. Every time we give you the room at 08:00hrs whereas our check in time is 13:00 without any charges. The property and location is excellent, very neat and tidy hotel with all facilities like tea/coffee maker, Cupboard with Hangers, laundry, hot water, shower everything is good but only the food is a tad expensive. Restaurant ambience is excellent breakfast quality is very good..parking space is a bit tight but didn't have problems

The location of the property and amenities are good. But service is a big problem. One of the best hotel in bhavnagar. Hence easily approachable. Surrounded by upmarket showrooms of various brands. Full city area. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. Little parking issue is there.

A s we are keeping GOMMT guest on top priority we have given you early check in around 08:00am and as per your request allowed late check out by 02:00 pm without any charges. Still you was asking for late check out by 6:00pm free of cost which was not possible for us. Rather than getting appreciation we got negative feedback from your end.
