Simply No this Hotel
I will strongly not recommend this Hotel to anyone as they get zero marks across all categories and hospitality Poor services, Hotel is operating with 20% staff. For food you have to wait for 90 minutes after multiple reminders.

Average hotel looking at the attitude of Manager
Rooms are in very poor conditions. One of the room had bad smell coming through out the stay. Manager has its own attitude with minimal concern for customer services. Choose as the last option. Food in restaurant was the only plus point

Terrible Stay
I checked in around 10 PM in the night. They directly gave me key and said go to 3 rd floor. I went to the room put my luggage and came back to dining after that I went around 11 PM to room the washroom was locked and the room was very dusty. It was very unacceptable from this type of hotel. I advised hotel management to look into this matter. thank you

I stayed there for two days, their rooms were fine but not clean, the TV was not working, the next night I slept at 2 o'clock, the AC was not working, when the AC was not working they gave me that room, it was not good to eat either

Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Hotel Room Condition
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent hotel booking made through your platform. The condition of the room allotted to us was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The room and washroom were very dirty, and there were multiple cockroaches present. Due to this, we could not sleep the entire night, and one of my friends even fell sick. This caused us great discomfort and completely ruined our stay. I kindly request you to take immediate action regarding this matter and process a refund/mpensation at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response.
