I’d like to share my concern regarding the billing process during my recent visit. When I initially requested a bill, the receptionist informed me that it could not be provided. After I insisted, a bill was issued — but it contained incorrect name and address details.
Additionally, I had booked the stay through MyBiz, but the receptionist did not take that into account while preparing the bill.
I kindly request that a corrected bill be issued with the accurate name, address, and booking reference. This is important for my records and reimbursement purposes.
